Name: Absolute Champion Bryce Albright
Hometown: Pickering, Ontario
Height: 6'3
Weight: 249 lbs
Biography:
Originally from Pickering, Ontario, Canada, Bryce Albright took an interest to wrestling from an early age. No, not that WWE wrestling you search on your television set; he enjoyed amateur wrestling. With the help of his father he took the high school amateur wrestling circuit by storm. By the age of 16, he had already been offered scholarships to universities across Canada. Having graduated with a degree in accounting, Bryce took his wrestling talents to Windsor. There he was trained by 'Textbook' Tyson Dux, and like he did years ago, took Canada's pro wrestling circuit by storm. In the last two years, he has made his way through the 'States; had some memorable feuds. He even garnered the nickname the "Absolute Champion of Wrestling" thanks to a title of the same name.
Appearance:
Bryce often wears a simple black singlet with a red Canadian maple leaf pattern cross diagonally from left shoulder to right hip. On the right side, "Albright" is written in red. He wears low boots, large knee pads, and white wrist tape that covers his dominant hand and forearm.
Ring Style:
Very basic wrestling maneuvers. He is technically sound, and generally keeps to what he knows best. He will very rarely, if ever fly across the ring or use power striking. He gets opponents down, lays on them and wears down the neck or back for his finishers.
Wrestler Most Like:
Jack Swagger, Tyler Bate, Kurt Angle
Regular Moves:
1) Hammer Lock
2) Double Leg Takedown
3) ARMBAR!
4) Gutwrench Suplex
5) Biel Throw
6) Oklahoma Stampede
7) Abdominal Stretch w/ Elbow to Ribs
8) Stalling Vertical Suplex
9) Arm Wrench w/ Elbows to Face
10) Corner Splash
Signature Moves:
1) Headlock - His most commonly used move. He uses it in excess to slow down and annoy opponents. When fans chirp him he responds by telling them the headlock is the high spot.
2) Chase Utley Rule - Low Dropkick to Knee, commonly used against high-flyers to ground them.
3) Number-One Wimp Maker - Legitimate Crossface Chicken Wing
Finishing Manoeuvre:
Actual Literal Death Valley Driver or ALDVD - A death valley driver / fireman's carry neckbreaker where Bryce more or less spikes the opponent's head into the ground. Bryce can pull this out of no where as a reversal to pretty much any move.
Alternative Finisher: (Used in the biggest of big moments. Maybe once or twice a year.)
Actual Literal Death or ALD - A triple german suplex with a bridge pin on the third suplex. If the opponents kicks out of the bridge Albright will hold the waist lock and roll into five more german suplexes before bridging for the guaranteed three count.
Strengths:
1) Physical Size - He is a big boy and hard to move. He is physically strong with ever single part of his body making submissions hard to clinch. He can generally just power out of them.
2) Agility - Despite his size he is a very dexterous man. He is able to dodge away from most strikes, and is quick on his feet, which is scary given his size.
3) Superior Wrestling Ability - He was an amateur wrestler being trained by his dad who was a former CIS Champion, and by William Bekowski; a former NWA World's Heavyweight Champion. You can't find a better wrestler if you tried.
Weaknesses:
1) Cocky - He believes in his own hype. This may open up an opportunity to take him down, as he may and probably will start underestimating his opponents.
2) Jaw - He is a wrestler. He didn't deal with striking at all. He also doesn't like being hit in the face and will crumble quickly.
3) Masks - He has an irrational and intense disdain for wrestlers wearing masks. That being said, he will pull his laser-sharp focus away from a match for the express purpose of ripping the "stupid mask off of some idiot play-wrestler".
